As many of you know, some of my good friends at Warlab Records signed underground veteran, Canibus and have been hard at work on his latest album, “Melatonin Magik”. The album release is coming up next week and there is a special release event being held in Vienna, VA (just outside DC). On February 9th, resident VA-based label War Lab Records unleash their newest weapon: the legendary Canibus. Come witness the debut of his new LP “Melatonin Magik” when the Hip-Hop tour kicks off at Vienna’s Jammin Java.

Billed as one of the greatest lyricists of all time since he was introduced to the music industry by Wyclef Jean, Canibus has always been ahead of his time. Never one to shy away from conflict, as evidenced by his now infamous battle with LL Cool J, his new album “Melatonin Magik” takes aim at his critics, the media and a few personal enemies of the acclaimed rapper. Returning to form with hard-hitting production, scathing lyrics and his own original style, Canibus seeks to cement his legacy in the hardcore underground of Rap.

The show will also feature local stars F.a.T, K-Beta, Infinite Skillz, YT/NFL & New York City’s own- CAUSE.
